The Buffalo Chicken & Sweet Potato Fall Wrap is a cozy, spicy wrap perfect for the season! Combining the heat of Harvest Creek Buffalo Style Chicken with roasted sweet potato, sharp cheddar, fresh spinach, and a drizzle of ranch, all wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla, this is a satisfying meal that’s bursting with fall flavors.

1 Harvest Creek Buffalo Style Chicken pouch
½ roasted sweet potato (cubed)
1 small whole wheat tortilla or wrap
2 tbsp shredded sharp cheddar cheese
A handful of spinach or baby kale
1 tbsp ranch dressing

Roast the sweet potato in advance by cubing it and baking at 400°F for about 20-25 minutes until tender.  Warm the tortilla and layer it with spinach or baby kale. Scoop the Buffalo Style Chicken from the pouch and add it to the tortilla. Add the roasted sweet potato cubes, sprinkle the cheddar cheese, and drizzle with ranch dressing. Roll up the wrap, slice in half, and enjoy a delicious, spicy-sweet fall meal.
